Booking policy

Deposits:

A deposit is required for most appointments this is non refundable and will be taken off your full price of your treatment.

Cancellation/rearrange:

If you need to cancel or rearrange please do so at least 24hours before your original appointment time or your deposit will be lost and you will be required to pay again. 

Late: 

If you are more then 15 minutes late and have not been in contact you will lose your deposit and need to rebook, if your late you make me late for everyone else that day please think about times when booking appointments.

No shows:

You will lose deposit if you do not show up

 missed appointments will be required to pay full amount when booking

If you do not intend on turning up please call , message or cancel someone else could have your appointment.

I do not offer refunds if you have any issues I will happily correct them for you.

Under 16s

Due to my insurance policy I will not put on acrylic or gel polish or remove it on anyone under the age of 16 this is the way for most insurance companies. 

I do offer normal polish for children instead 😊

I do not allow children to attend appointments with parents so please do not bring little ones thank you
